New Rigs Come Online

Australia
Ensign International Rig #58, an ADR 100 was transferred from Ensign's Canadian Operations to Australia and was re-engineered at Ensign's Toowoomba facility to ensure compliance with Australian Regulations. The rig has commenced drilling CSG wells on a long term contract for Origin Energy in Queensland. It joins Ensign Rigs #20, #34, #48 and #50 in drilling for conventional and CSG hydrocarbons in Eastern Australia.

Ensign International Rig #30 has recently commenced a contract with Santos Limited drilling for hydrocarbons in the Cooper Basin area of South Australia.

Ensign is currently in the process of deploying additional rigs from its North American fleet to Australia to meet market demand for a variety of clients and applications.

Oman
Ensign's five ADRs (Rigs #52 - #56) deployed to Oman, have met operational expectations and are successfully drilling both injector and production wells at Oxy's Mukhaizna heavy oilfield in Central Oman. These rigs are deployed on a long term basis and were specifically designed for efficient, safe and fast moving desert operations. 

Ensign's Rig #36 continues to drill for Oxy in Oman drilling conventional hydrocarbon wells in various locations across the country.
